BRIAN HEINZE
President & CEO
With over 30 years of agriculture industry experience Brian Heinze, the founder of Heinze Ag Consulting has assembled a very impressive resume.
After graduating from California State University, Chico with a degree in agronomy he started his career as an agronomist for the renowned J.G. Boswell Company where he supervised the production of 25,000 acres of cotton, wheat, safflower and seed alfalfa. He managed all aspects of production including land preparation, planting, fertility, pest control and harvesting. After three years Brian was promoted to the position of Senior Agronomist on another Boswell ranch where he managed the production of processing tomatoes, garlic and onions in
addition to his previous responsibilities.
Five years into his career Mr. Heine decided to move laterally in the agriculture industry moving into the crop protection chemical industry with the French company, Rhone – Poulenc as a sales representative
Brian grew his sales territory to the largest in the company history at that time. At the merger of Rhone –Poulenc and the German company AgrEvo he served on the integration committee and was promoted into Account management with the newly combined company, Aventis Crop Science. In addition to his account management responsibility he headed up the Horticulture Crop Team as well as becoming a member of the Global Fipronil Team.
After a successful ten year career with multinational companies Brian saw an opportunity in the early stages of the generic industry and formed his first company, AgValue. The company specialized in tree nut, vine and sugar beet herbicides. After rapid growth over the next four years Mr. Heinze was approached by the publicly traded Indian company, United Phosphorous to acquire AgValue. After agreeing to sell the business, Brian agreed to a five year non compete and moved from California to Oregon to fulfill a lifetime dream where he started a Purebred Cattle operation.
After serving out his non compete Mr. Heinze decided to found his second generic company, Willowood USA. For over eight years he served as the President and CEO growing the business from inception to nearly a $100 M in annual revenue. At the end of 2017 Brian decided to step down from the day to day management of Willowood USA.

After server out another non-compete Mr. Heinze formed another post patent crop protection company. LMent and Axill Solutions to serve the US ag industry.

MATT HEINZE
VP Sales & Marketing
Matt has over 11 years of extensive experience in the agriculture field starting his career with Simplot as a licensed Pest Control Adviser consulting directly with growers on their crops. Matt specialized in tomatoes, almonds, walnuts, cherries, watermelons and wheat. Matt then went to work for Willowood USA covering the CA/AZ market selling post patent crop protection where he gained a lot of knowledge in the post patent market. Matt then spent some time at Marrone Bio Innovations selling biological crop protection in the CA market. Matt has also spent time with Verdesian Life Sciences selling specialty fertilizers and Tigris Ag Products selling post patent crop protection. Matt is a graduate of California State University, Chico with a BS in Crop Science and resides in Roseburg, OR. With his wife and 2 kids.
EMILY HEINZE
Customer Service Manager
Emily Heinze is our Customer Service Manager and active mother of 2 young children, resides in Roseburg, Oregon where she shares life experiences with her husband of 5 years. With a professional background extending over 15 years, Emily has grown her career from customer service, purchasing, office management and finance. She has extensive knowledge of the various dynamics of a working business and brings her superior communication skills and professional proficiencies to Axill Solutions. As the Customer Service Manager, Emily handles the logistics of our freight department, licensing and registration as well as a variety of administrative tasks.
